1. PROMOTER

The Promoter is XDRIVE COMP LTD, company number 16834605, registered at 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. These Competition Rules incorporate the General Official Rules of XDRIVE COMP LTD and apply specifically to this Competition.

2. PRIZES

Grand Prize – MEGA APPLE PACK:
– iPhone 17 Pro Max
– MacBook M4 13″
– Apple Watch Ultra
– AirPods Pro 3
Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value. Images are illustrative.

3. COMPETITION DATES

Opening Date: 15 November 2025
Closing Date: 21 December 2025
London (UK) time applies. Entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

4. ENTRY LIMITS

Total tickets available: 6,800
Maximum entries per person: 500
Free and paid entries both count toward the ticket cap.

5. ELIGIBILITY

Open to individuals 18+. Prohibited Persons include Promoter’s employees, suppliers, contractors, and their immediate families. Entries from prohibited jurisdictions are not allowed.

6. HOW TO ENTER

Paid Entry Method:

– Select the competition
– Answer the qualifying question if applicable
– Choose number of entries (subject to limits)
– Log in / create account
– Complete payment and accept T&Cs

Free Postal Entry Method:
Send a letter to: XDRIVE COMP LTD, 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. Include:
– Competition Name
– Full Name
– Date of Birth (18+)
– Address
– Email & Phone
– Correct answer if applicable
One entry per envelope. Must arrive before 21 December 2025 and before sell-out.

7. ENTRY CONDITIONS

No automated, illegible, fraudulent, or bulk entries. Participation means full acceptance of these Rules. Promoter may request ID or eligibility proof.

8. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected within 7 days after Closing Date. Only valid entries included. Draw may be livestreamed or documented. Non-responsive or ineligible winners may be redrawn.

9. PRIZE CONDITIONS

No cash alternative except as specified. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Promoter not liable for issues except in cases of negligence.

10. REFUNDS & DATE CHANGES

Refunds only for major changes. Request within 14 days of notification. Promoter may extend competition until required number of entries is reached.

11. DATA PROTECTION

Promoter acts as Data Controller. Data used for competition purposes. Participants may request deletion or correction. Winner data retained up to 6 years.

12. LIABILITY

Promoter not liable for participant error, technical issues, or third-party failures. Remedies may include extensions or refunds.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Contact: contact@xdrivecompetitions.com. Optional arbitration if agreed. Governing law: England & Wales. No class actions permitted.

14. GENERAL

Promoter may update Rules with 14-day notice for major changes. Fraud results in disqualification. Competition may be amended or cancelled for valid reasons.

Free Postal Entry

You may enter a Competition (whether a Standard Competition or an Instant Win Competition) for free by complying with the following conditions:

• Send a handwritten letter via pre-paid First or Second Class post

to the Promoter XDRIVE COMP LTD at the following address:

128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.

• Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw.

• Your letter must clearly include:

◦ The name of the competition you wish to enter

◦ Your full name

◦ Your date of birth

◦ Your full postal address

◦ A contact telephone number and email address

◦ Your answer to the Competition Question (if applicable)

• Each free entry must be sent in a separate envelope.

Entries containing multiple submissions will be treated as a single entry.

• Maximum of two (2) free entries per person per competition.

• Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

• Free entries must be received before the competition’s published closing date and before all tickets have been allocated.

• Entries received within the final 48 hours may be credited to your website account (if tickets are still available), but will not be entered into the draw.

• If tickets are sold out or your entry arrives after the deadline, it will be invalid and no credit will be issued.

• The cost of postage is your responsibility. The Promoter will not reimburse any costs.

• To be eligible, you must have an active account on our website, and the details in your postal entry must exactly match your account details.
