COMPETITIONS – OFFICIAL RULES
Effective from: 15 November 2025
1. COMPETITION CONDITIONS
1.1. Words in capitals or small capitals have the special meanings defined herein. The Competition Conditions cannot be disapplied or varied without the Promoter’s agreement.
1.2. THE PROMOTER:
XDRIVE COMP LTD, registered under company number 16834605, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.
1.3. THE WEBSITE:
https://lamonte.ro/ provides eligible participants the opportunity to enter prize competitions hosted on the website (the “Competition”), free from regulation under the Gambling Act 2005 in the United Kingdom.

1.4. APPLICABILITY:
These Official Rules apply to all Competitions launched on the Website on or after 15.11.2025.
1.5. ELIGIBILITY:
To participate or win any prize, a Participant must fully comply with these Rules. Unless otherwise stated, Competitions are open only to individuals who:
1.5.1. Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry;
1.5.2. Are not in any of the “Prohibited Persons” categories listed in Section 1.6.
1.6. PROHIBITED PERSONS:
1.6.1. Employees of the Promoter;
1.6.2. Employees of agents or suppliers professionally connected with the Competition;
1.6.3. Immediate family or household members of the above.
1.7. Entries by ineligible individuals will be disqualified.
1.8. Participation constitutes binding acceptance of these Rules and the Promoter’s final decisions.
1.9. Proof of eligibility may be requested; failure to provide it may lead to disqualification.
1.10. INVALID ENTRIES INCLUDE:
1.10.1. Automatically generated entries;
1.10.2. Incomplete entries.
1.11. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants for misconduct, including rude or abusive behavior.
1.12. NO REFUNDS will be provided in cases of:
Fraud or misrepresentation;
Hacking or code interference;
Unauthorized website use;
Other breaches — entries will be void, and future participation may be barred.
1.13. PROHIBITED JURISDICTIONS:
Entry is not allowed from countries where local laws prohibit it.
2. HOW TO ENTER
2.1. Each Competition’s Opening and Closing Dates are stated on the Website (London time).
2.2. The Promoter may change these dates if necessary and will post updates on the Website.
2.3. Entries submitted after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
2.4. Maximum entries per Competition are listed on the Website and may be capped.
2.5. Both paid and free entries are limited per person and stated per Competition.
2.6. PAID ENTRY METHOD:
Visit the Website and select a Competition.
Submit your answer to the Competition Question.
Choose the number of entries and proceed to checkout.
Log in or register.
Agree to the Terms & Conditions and complete payment.
2.7. FREE ENTRY METHOD:
Mail a letter (not hand-delivered) to:

(i) Competition name/ID
(ii) Full name
(iii) Date of birth (18+)
(iv) Full postal address
(v) Valid email and phone number
(vi) Correct answer to the Competition Question (if applicable)
One entry per envelope. Must arrive before the Closing Date and before tickets sell out.
Website account required at https://lamonte.ro/register/.
Incomplete, illegible, or bulk entries will be disqualified.
Free entries have equal chances of winning.
3. ENTRY CONDITIONS & RELEASE
3.1. By entering, Participants:
Accept these Rules and the Promoter’s decisions.
Release the Promoter and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) from liability.
Waive rights to punitive or consequential damages.
Agree to resolve disputes individually (no class actions), possibly through arbitration if both parties agree.
4. WINNER SELECTION
4.1. Winners are selected via an independent random draw that is livestreamed or recorded.
4.2. Only correct and eligible entries will be included.
4.3. Draws are held within 7 days of the Closing Date.
4.4. Names and entry numbers may be displayed unless a request is made to contact@xdrivecompetitions.com at least 48 hours before the draw.
4.5. Winners are notified via:
The Website, and
Automated email.
4.6. Unresponsive or ineligible winners may be replaced via redraw.
5. CREDIT SITE
5.1–5.10. Credit Site (virtual credits) may be awarded as gifts, testimonials, or prize exchanges.
Credits:
Have no monetary value.
Expire after 12 months.
Cannot be used if your account is suspended.
Are visible in your Website account.

6. THE PRIZE
6.1. Prizes are described on the Website. Images are illustrative.
6.2. Subject to availability; substitutions of equal or greater value may be made.
6.3. No cash alternative unless explicitly offered by the Promoter.
6.4. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6.5. VEHICLE PRIZES: No insurance, fuel, or tax included. The Winner assumes full responsibility.
6.6. HOLIDAY/EVENT PRIZES: Winners are responsible for documents, expenses, and insurance.
6.7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Promoter is not liable for injuries or damages arising from Prize use unless caused by negligence.
7. REFUNDS & DATE CHANGES
7.1. No refunds unless a major change occurs.
7.2. If a Closing Date is extended by more than 120 days or a prize changes significantly, refunds may be requested within 14 days of notice.
7.3. Minor extensions do not qualify for refunds.
7.4. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method whenever possible.
8. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
8.1. The Promoter acts as Data Controller.
8.2. Data is used for administration and, where opted in, marketing.
8.3. You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time.

8.5. Winner data may be retained for up to 6 years for compliance purposes.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1. Nothing in these Rules limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9.2. The Promoter is not responsible for:
Participant errors,
System outages or data failures,
Third-party prize provider issues,
Website downtime.
9.3. In case of significant technical issues, fair remedies (e.g., refunds or draw extensions) may be applied.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.2. Optional arbitration may be arranged if both parties consent in writing.
10.3. Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.4. Disputes are handled individually — no collective or class actions.
11. GENERAL
11.1. The Promoter may update these Rules; major changes will be announced online and by email, with 14 days’ noticefor withdrawal and refund requests.
11.2. Fraud or abuse may result in disqualification after due notice.
11.3. The Promoter may cancel or amend Competitions in cases of force majeure or technical failure; refunds will be provided where appropriate.
