XDRIVE COMP LTD – Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

1.1. The Promoter is XDRIVE COMP LTD, Company Number 16834605, with registered office at 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.

2. The Competition

2.1. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all competitions listed on xdrivecompetitions.com (the “Website”), including:

Standard Competitions, and
Instant Win Competitions.
Together referred to as the “Competitions.”

2.2. If there is any conflict between these T&Cs and any competition listing or advertisement, these T&Cs shall take precedence.

2.3. To be eligible to win, entrants must correctly answer a Competition Question set by the Promoter.

2.4. Each entry requires payment of an entry fee unless the free postal entry route is used.

3. How to Enter

3.1. Competitions will run between the Opening Date and Closing Date stated on the Website (UK time).

3.2. The Promoter reserves the right to change these dates if necessary.

3.3. Entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified with no refund.

3.4. Each competition will state the maximum number of entries permitted. Once full, no further entries (paid or free) will be accepted.

3.5. Entrants are limited to the maximum entries per person as stated on the specific competition page.

3.6. Paid Entry – Standard Competitions

Visit the Website and select your desired competition.
Answer the Competition Question.
Choose the number of entries and proceed to checkout.
Log in or register an account.
Accept the T&Cs and complete payment.

3.7. Paid Entry – Instant Win Competitions

Visit the Instant Win Competition page.
Select the number of entries and proceed to checkout.
Log in or register an account.
Accept the T&Cs and complete payment.

3.8. PayPal is only available for users aged 18+.

3.9. The Promoter will send a confirmation email upon successful entry.

3.10. The Promoter is not responsible for failed, incomplete, or lost entries caused by technical issues or system failures.

3.11. By entering, you confirm eligibility and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

4. Free Postal Entry

Entrants may participate for free by sending a handwritten entry via First or Second Class post to:
XDRIVE COMP LTD, 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.

Each postal entry must include:

Name of the competition,
Full name,
Date of birth,
Full postal address,
Contact number and email,
The answer to the Competition Question (if applicable).

Rules:

Maximum 2 free entries per person per competition.
Each entry must be sent in a separate envelope.
Hand-delivered entries are not accepted.
Free entries must arrive before the Closing Date and before all tickets sell out.
Postage costs are the entrant’s responsibility.
You must have a registered account with matching details on the Website.

5. Choosing a Winner

5.1. Standard Competitions

All correct entries are entered into a random draw within 7 days of the Closing Date.
The draw is conducted transparently and may be streamed live.
Names and entry numbers may be visible on a spreadsheet published online.

5.2. Instant Win Competitions

Each valid entry is randomly assigned a number on a spreadsheet.
If the number matches a prize number, the entrant instantly wins.
Winners and non-winners are notified by email immediately after submission.

6. Credit Site

6.1. Credit Site may be awarded as prizes, gifts, or through promotions.
6.2. Credits must be used within 12 months or they expire.
6.3. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn.
6.4. Balances can be viewed in your Website account.

7. Eligibility

7.1. Open to all UK residents aged 18+, excluding:

Employees of the Promoter,
Their agents or suppliers, and
Immediate family members of the above.

7.2. Entrants must provide valid proof of eligibility if requested.

7.3. The Promoter may disqualify entries that are incomplete, automated, or violate the spirit of the competition.

7.4. Fraud, hacking, or tampering with the Website will result in permanent disqualification and possible legal action.

8. The Prize

8.1. Each competition prize (“Prize”) is described on the Website.

8.2. Prizes may be substituted with equal or greater value alternatives if necessary.

8.3. No cash alternative is available unless stated otherwise.

8.4. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

8.5. Vehicle Prizes

Supplied with valid MOT (if required).
Insurance, tax, and safety equipment are the winner’s responsibility.
The winner must ensure proper licensing and compliance with the law.

8.6. Holiday or Event Prizes

Prize details (tickets, travel, etc.) are stated on the Website.
Excludes insurance, transfers, food, or personal expenses.
Winners must ensure valid passports and visas.

8.7. Property Prizes

Winners can choose between the property prize or cash equivalent.
Stamp Duty and legal fees are covered by the Promoter.
Property transfer must be completed within 90 days.

9. Winners

9.1. The Promoter’s decision is final.

9.2. Winners are contacted within 7 days (Standard) or 48 hours (Instant Win).

9.3. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be reallocated.

9.4. Winner names and numbers are published on the Website unless the winner opts out via email.

9.5. The Promoter may forfeit prizes if eligibility or compliance cannot be confirmed.

10. Claiming the Prize

10.1. Winners must claim the prize personally.
10.2. Cash prizes are paid directly to a verified bank account within 14 days.
10.3. Winners failing to provide correct details may lose the prize.
10.4. Prizes not claimed according to these T&Cs will be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. The Promoter is not liable for:

Loss, damage, or injury except where caused by negligence;
Technical failures or data loss;
Website or network unavailability;
Improper use of the prize by the winner.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Data Protection & Publicity

12.1. By entering, you agree your data may be used to administer the competition as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
12.2. Winners agree to reasonable publicity (name, photo, county) unless they opt out before the Closing Date.
12.3. Proof of identity may be required to claim prizes.
12.4. You may withdraw consent, but this will void your eligibility to receive the prize.

13. General Provisions

13.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
13.2. Breaches of these T&Cs may result in exclusion from current and future competitions.
13.3. The Promoter may void or cancel competitions due to unforeseen circumstances; refunds will be issued.

13.4. Minimum Entries and Extensions

A draw requires at least 80% of tickets sold or allocated.
If unmet, participants may vote on extending the competition (up to 90 days).
Votes may be collected via website notifications, WhatsApp polls, or other official channels.
If the majority votes against extension, all participants receive account credit.

14. Legal Notice

Competitions are not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook.
These T&Cs are governed by English law.
Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
